Regional Sales Manager

SoftSol is actively seeking expand operations in the Midwest (Chicago & Dallas) and Eastern United States (New Jersey) and is actively seeking Regional Mangers. This role is territory-based and involves developing the region, driving immediate sales, and building the next level team as part of the company's long-term success. The candidate will lead the core sales strategy for the region, plan marketing activities, launch sales activities, generate and close opportunities, and maintain customer relationships.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the sale of consulting services to enterprise companies
- A minimum of 3 years of management experience leading a technical sales team
- Expert knowledge and application of the entire sales process is necessary
